This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the parameters governing the cancellation of projects, advisory services, and billing refunds for services contracted with Open Web Technologies.
1. Custom Development Cancellations
Our software development operations are structured around milestone deliverables. Either party may cancel the contract by providing at least 30 days of written notice. Upon cancellation, the customer is billed for all engineering hours logged and milestones completed up to the date of notice.
2. Consulting & Advisory Retainers
Monthly consulting and cybersecurity advisory retainers require at least 15 days of notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-month.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (bank transfer or corporate credit card).
